Bonnie Rowe
My name is Bonnie Rowe, and I’m proud to serve my community in two deeply meaningful roles: as a licensed Broker and as a practicing Paramedic in Dare County. I began my real estate career on the Outer Banks in 1990 and have worked diligently ever since to build long-lasting relationships with my clients through exceptional customer service, integrity, and attention to detail.
As a Dare County native, I bring a lifetime of local insight and deep roots in the community. I grew up in Manteo and began my real estate journey alongside my mother, a respected agent and mentor. I launched my career on Hatteras Island, where I ultimately settled and raised my family. I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge of the Outer Banks with those looking to make it their home or investment destination.
In 2016, inspired by my father’s brief battle with cancer, I felt a strong calling to public service and began a second career in Emergency Medicine. After earning my Paramedic credential, I was honored to be assigned to Dare Medflight as a Flight Paramedic. I continue to grow in this role and strive each day to serve the community that shaped me — a place that will forever hold my heart.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, live music, and staying active. I teach CPR and First Aid courses, and I’m also the proud owner of The Fort Strength and Fitness in Frisco — a community gym focused on empowering others through health and wellness.
With strong local ties, decades of professional experience, and a passion for service, I welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge, advocate for your needs, and help you experience the best of the Outer Banks.
