I hope you have a Merry Christmas and New Year. We’re keeping this short and sweet since we know everyone’s busy preparing for the holidays with family and friends.
2025 Market Performance
Overall, we did actually pretty good this year. If you remember from the early part of 2025, the numbers were not looking very favorable to have a good year. I mean, it was an adjustment year again, but we were sideways basically, or 1% difference between 24 and 25.
So overall, I’d say we’ve fared fairly well. For a second home market, we’re pleasantly surprised and happy about it.
